  • Responsible for the systems or PCB assemblies meeting the specifications set forth in the data sheet and any other special requirements that may be annotated in the sales order file or job traveler.
  • Complete failure analysis and labor tracking forms relating to systems worked on.
  • Entering data into Production Test Department database and distribution of copies to appropriate departments.
  • Locates work orders in manufacturing operating system to verify part numbers, revision levels, and quantities.
  • Complete Engineering Change Request forms on any documentation, component or circuit board improperly drawn, written, designated or fabricated.
  • Maintain an acceptable productivity rate as recognized by established manufacturing standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving ISO9001 Quality System as related to area(s) of responsibility.
  • Perform other related duties as directed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
  • Diploma from Technical school or 2 year degree or 4 years military experience or equivalent in education or experience.
Experience:
  • 2-4 years experience with hands on failure analysis and/or installation of related telecommunications equipment.
Skills:
  • Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
  • Interpret block diagrams.
  • Operate the following equipment: Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, RF Power Meter, Network Analyzer (1-300 MHz).
Physical:
