As part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, MNI guarantees every product we manufacture against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. Failures to products within that time will be repaired under our standard warranty repair and RMA procedure at one of our global repair depots to ensure quick repair and available parts for emergency situations.

For repairs, call the Customer Service Department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, package the equipment, write the RMA number on the package, and ship the package to the repair depot address given to you by our customer support personnel. The average turnaround time for regular repairs is less than 14 days.

For emergency replacement through MNI’s exchange program, we will ship a module when available, on loan, within two days.

Please remember to write ALL RMA numbers on the outside & inside of the package.
