COVID-19 Message

Dear MNI Customer/Partner,

In these uncertain times, we wish to inform customers and partners on what we are doing at MNI to address the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Our teams are closely monitoring developments on the outbreak and are taking the appropriate steps — consistent with CDC and WHO recommendations — to help support the ongoing health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners. While ensuring health and safety is our top priority, we are also taking measures to minimize the potential for business disruption to make sure that we are available to support your mission-critical communications needs.

At this point, MNI is not anticipating any major delays to standard equipment deliveries to customers. Should any disruptions arise, we will communicate the impact to our customers.

We have taken several steps to help ensure the reliability of our critical business processes and supporting infrastructures in order to continue to provide high-quality services.


We’re asking all of our employees, including all who interact with our customers, to take appropriate preventative measures. This includes social distancing, regular and consistent use of hand sanitizer and disinfecting spray/wipes, and increased cleaning and sanitizing of MNI facilities. All incoming material and outgoing shipments receive a thorough cleansing via a disinfectant. We are encouraging any employee who does not feel well to stay home and get well. In addition, we have implemented work-from-home arrangements for many employees. All persons who enter an MNI facility undergo body temperature testing before entry. MNI also releases regular reminders and updates on the outbreak, best practices with respect to hygiene, and minimizing the overall risk to fellow employees and the public at large.

With regards to travel, we have issued a policy to postpone all non-essential travel. If travel by MNI employees is deemed essential for a particular event, we will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis. We have extensive experience in planning for and responding to a wide variety of situations and remain unwaveringly committed to supporting every one of our customers.
