COVID-19 Message

Dear Customer/Partner,

 

Microwave Networks (MNI) continues to monitor closely the developments surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and are taking the appropriate steps, consistent with CDC guidelines.

We are updating our policies to confirm the safety of our customers, partners, and employees and to ensure full compliance with all local and state protocols and requirements.

We are also taking proactive measures to mitigate any business disruption and continue to be available 24/7 to support our customers’ mission-critical communications needs.

Currently, the impact of the pandemic along with various other factors including labor, energy, and logistics have resulted in unprecedented supply chain disruptions and it is anticipated that these disruptions will continue into 2022 and possibly further into 2023.  Note that these factors are out of MNI’s control and any resulting disruptions and/or delays to projects are considered Force Majeure events with respect to MNI’s terms and conditions.
